Ordering Information

Shopping at MasqueRays is private and secure. Ordering may be done via our secure catalog page or by emailing us at sales@sunproof.com. If you would like to order by phone, please email your telephone number with a convenient time to contact you. Your personal information will never be made available to outside advertisers. For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When ordering online, simply click on the "order" button next to the item, select the size and color, and click "add to basket." Continue shopping by clicking the blue "back" button or your browser's "back" button. Changes can be made at any time before the credit card number is entered. If you make a mistake, do not worry, just e-mail us!

After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and a reprint of the items selected. The vast majority of our orders will be shipped within 24 hours, and you will be notified if any items are out of stock.. Back-ordered items may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Credit cards will not be billed until the order is shipped. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all orders shipped to a California address.

All in-stock U.S. orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail should be received within 3 to 5 business days. Refer to our standard domestic shipping rates below.                           

All orders over $60 are shipped free by USPS Priority Mail!

  • USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days) (orders < $60): $4.95

  • USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days) (orders > $60): Free!        

  • USPS Express Delivery (1-2 days): $20             

  • USPS International Global Priority (4-7 days): $25

  • USPS International Global Express (2-3 days): $35   

International Customers

Please choose either Global Priority or Global Express shipping. Canadian customers can either use USPS Express Mail or e-mail us for a shipping quote. Please note that non-USA customers may have to pay customs duty for their specific country.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with any item, please leave the tags on and contact us within 30 days to arrange a return. We will happily exchange it or refund your money. A 15% restocking fee may apply if the tags are removed. Non-defective returns that are no longer in "like new" condition may not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not refund shipping charges for merchandise returned to us.  However, we are happy to provide free domestic USPS Priority Mail shipping on all exchange orders!

Gift Box Service

We will gift box any item with a personalized card for just $5 per gift box.
